FAQS

Q. Why should i contact a painter instead of doing it myself?

A. A great deal goes into painting before you actually apply the paint. Most people dont have the knowledge to understand the prep. work that goes in to your paint job before you apply any application. A proffessional painter knows all the ins and outs of the exact work needed to make sure the job is always done right.

Q. When is it O.K to paint?

A. The wheather can be tough to predict, but you can plan ahead accordingly. Never paint below 50 degrees or when its raining (even under the eaves). Both of these issues can cause discoloring of your paint when it dries and can cause it to run down your walls. Always be weary of morning dew and night dew. Whenever the temprature is above 90 degrees plan to paint away from the sun. To much surface heat can cause discoloration aswell and you will be fighting cleanup issues with your brush and paint pale.

Q. When dealing with contractors how can i assure im not going to get ripped off?

A. When dealing with contractors, first thing is to always get a contract before any work is started. Make sure your contractor is licensed and insured and bonded. If a non insured contractor was to become injured during work any home owner can be sued, so always protect yourself! If your weary about any contractor always ask for references and for all there contractor certifications.
